It’s hard to believe my 30 Days of Design challenge is already over! I’m happy to say that despite a few close-calls and a semi-neglected social life that I was able to successfully complete a design on each of the 30 days. It was a great learning experience, allowing me to try styles I wouldn’t normally work in, hop into programs I don’t use often enough (or even learn new ones), and grow overall as a designer.
For today’s daily design I jumped back into Cinema4d and put together a quick render of some 3D text. I’m still taking baby steps when it comes to 3D, so it’s nothing too crazy, but I’m getting more and more comfortable every time I get back in the program. Anyways, happy Earth Day, now get outside and plant a tree or something!
I’m just starting to get back into 3D so I decided to open up Cinema4d and get trendy with a low poly landscape for day four of my ’30 Days of Design’ series. I like low-poly style 3D because it tends to add an element of abstract to the creation process, which makes it a lot more fun (for me anyways). Hopefully this is just the start of what I’ll be doing in 3D, keep an eye out for more later on in the series!
