Overview
Exelon, a Fortune 200 company and one of the nation's largest energy suppliers, needed a way to build excitement around their new product delivery framework. This framework is a fundamental change in their way of working – increasing clarity, efficiency, and alignment among technicians, team members, and leadership.
Challenge
Due to the extensive scope of the new framework and complexity of the information – spanning hundreds of process documents, RACI matrices, and role definitions – it was essential to distill a large amount of information into a concise set of benefits and story points while getting the video turned around quickly for a big conference reveal.
Goal
Create a set of engaging videos that resonate with both employees and stakeholders – telling a story that addresses their pain points while showcasing the benefits of the new way of working.
Results
The video launch has been instrumental in enabling Exelon to gain a high level of employee visibility and buy-in to the new framework – making team members feel heard and excited about the improvements to their day to day tasks.
